honestly it's ME whos waiting. for her append !!
meiko is one of my fave vocaloids but actually i like them all equally, and meiko have a beautiful voice if she were used right...

 i cant remember how i got this idea, i guess it just simply came up and begs me to draw it X3 i like the idea but it did't came up as well as i would want it to but oh well, i like it X)

Her "Append" is already out, in a sense. It's called MEIKO V3, though, but it's the same thing as appends, it comes with several voicebanks.
